2 lbs. ground meat (we used beef)
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1/3 cup fresh chopped parsley
1 cup bread crumbs
1 chopped medium onion
1 chopped green pepper
4 slices thick cut bacon
salt and pepper

Glaze Ingredients:
3/4 cup ketchup
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. ground mustard
1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix, but do not over mix! Place the meat mixture in your USA Pan Meat Loaf Pan. Top meat loaf with the bacon slices. In a medium bowl, mix the glaze ingredients. Top meat loaf with glaze. Bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Enjoy!
