USA Pan Bakeware and Cookware Warranty Information
USA PAN is committed to providing the best quality bakeware for your family. If any product that you buy from us has an issue, we will replace it.
Bakeware & Cookware Coverage
USA PAN will replace any bakeware or cookware that has defects relating to the materials, coating, and workmanship, under normal household use and care according to each product instructions.
Coverage lasts from the original date of purchase. Coverage is for the original purchaser of the product.
The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse or wear from everyday use such as burns, cooking spray, scratches, dents, discoloration, staining, or dishwasher use. Do not soak pans. Dry pans thoroughly before storing. It also does not cover damage or loss from fires, overheating, accidents, neglect, misuse, or theft. USA PAN shall not be liable for any loss or damages, including indirect and incidental damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the product.
If a product that falls under the lifetime warranty has been discontinued, USA PAN will send you the most comparable item currently manufactured as a replacement. If no such item exists, next steps will be discussed with you in an effort to achieve the most satisfactory resolution as possible.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state
Return/Replacement Shipping Outside the Continental United States:
Warranty shipping expenses, including but not limited to shipping costs, fees, duties, and shipping related damages, for any items shipped outside of the 48 continental United States are the sole responsibility of the customer
Our stoneware warranty is exactly the same as our bakeware and cookware, but is limited to 3 years, and not the lifetime of the product. This is due to the material used of clay, which is a lot more fragile than the steel we use in our bakeware and cookware.
How to Submit
1. email email@example.com with a clear photo of the product issue, product dimensions and name of product.
2. Our customer service team will respond with next steps (including mailing address) if the product meets our warranty stipulations (see above)
3.Reply with your ship to address, as well as any other information that is requested
4. Mail the defective product to USA PAN
5. We will mail you a replacement product soon after
