USA Pan values our customers, and we want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are unhappy with a USA Pan product in any way please contact our Customer Service Team at email@example.com or call 724-457-4220 during our business hours of 8am-4:30pm ET Monday-Friday. You may return goods and receive a refund provided the following:
- They are received back at our returns department located at 33 McGovern Blvd Crescent, PA 15046 normally within 30 days of purchase. These 30 days commence the day your order has been placed.
- The goods have not been damaged, washed, altered, or used. The item must adhere to proper Use & Care as detailed in the Use and Care FAQ and USA Pan packaging.
- The customer is responsible for paying full shipping cost to ship the USA Pan good as detailed in the return instructions section below.
- The goods are returned in the original packaging. For cookware, the items must be packaged in the original white USA Pan box with the Use & Care sheet. The white USA Pan box must be packaged in another box before being returned. Do not alter the white box or place any shipping labels on it. Items returned in only the white box or with an altered/damaged white box will not be accepted.
USA Pan will do everything it can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with documentation and that follow the return policy and instructions listed on this page will receive priority consideration. If you purchased a product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at 724-457-4220 and email firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving the good.
If you purchased a product at a retail store and receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the specific store where the purchase was made.

- Reason you are requesting a return
- Copy or photo of USA Pan order receipt that clearly shows the customer name, shipping address, billing address, and order number
If it is determined that a refund is valid, ship the item to:
