Refunds are offered for USA Pan returns within 30 days of purchase, that meet the following criteria:
- Lack of damage, use, washed or altered state after removing the pans from the package
- Adherence to proper use and care (see more in use & care in this website)
- Customer pays full shipping cost and returns in the original packaging
- (For cookware, the items must be packaged in the original white USA Pan box with the Use & Care sheet. The white USA Pan box must be packaged in another box before being returned. Do not alter the white box or place any shipping labels on it. Items returned in only the white box or with an altered/damaged white box will not be accepted. )
USA Pan will do everything it can to take care of your return quickly.
- It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
- Returns with documentation and that follow the return policy and instructions listed on this page will receive priority consideration.
If you purchased a product online and it is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team at 724-457-4220 and
email email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the good.
If you purchased a product at a retail store and receive a damaged or defective item, please contact the specific store where the purchase
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason you are requesting a return and a copy or photo of your USA Pan order receipt that clearly shows
name, shipping address, billing address, and order number
- Then mail your product and packaging to:
