Pour batter into USA Pan rectangle cake pan (9x13). Bake for 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Pierce the cake several times with a fork. While cake is cooling prepare the three milk blend by combining the whole milk, condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Pour over the top of cooled cake.
