Homemade Strawberry Ice Cream

We all scream for strawberry ice cream! A refreshing treat for the summer months that everyone will enjoy on a hot day. This ice cream only calls for five ingredients and your USA Pan loaf pan!

USA Pan 1 1/2 lb. Loaf Pan

Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbsp. Strawberry Preserves
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups sliced strawberries

Recipe Instructions

Place sliced strawberries in a bowl and cover with ½ cup sugar and let sit for 30 minutes. Strain strawberries to eliminate juice, and set the strawberry pieces aside. Pour heavy whipping cream into a chilled bowl. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, whisk the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Put the mixer on a low speed and begin slowly adding the sweetened condensed milk. Add the strawberry preserves and strawberry pieces until just combined. Pour the mixture into a USA Pan 1 ½ Loaf Pan and place into the freezer for at least 8 hours.
