Use and Care
Do not exceed 450 °F (230°C).
Safe for baking, roasting, steaming, freezer-to-oven prep, and food packaging. Use parchment paper as a liner for pans to prevent sticking and make cleanup easier. Pre-cut sheets can also be trimmed to fit smaller pans. Sheets are coated on both sides with food-grade silicone. You can reuse sheets multiple times when not overly soiled; simply wipe clean or gently scrape off residue. Store flat or rolled loosely in a cool, dry place. Avoid folding to prevent permanent creases. For sticky or high-fat foods, line pans with parchment to maintain performance and protect bakeware. Follow recipe instructions for optimal baking or roasting outcomes. Use silicone, nylon, or wooden utensils to prevent tearing; avoid sharp metal utensils.
