Ingredients

2 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 large eggs beaten
2 cups of low-fat milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 peeled, cored, and chopped apple

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place apples in bottom of USA PANĀ® 8" pan. (You can also use an 9") Mix oats, pumpkin pie spice, mashed banana, raisins, baking powder, and 1/2 cup of the walnuts. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs and then add milk and vanilla. Add milk mixture and melted butter to oats. Stir to combine. Pour on top of the apples. Bake for 45 minutes or until oats are set. Store Leftovers in the refrigerator. ENJOY!
