Homemade Chocolate Ice Cream
This rich and decadent chocolate ice cream will satisfy any chocoholic!

Serving Size: 10 servings or more depending on scoop size
2 cups heavy whipping cream
14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
3 oz. 60% Cocoa Chocolate
Chop chocolate bar into small pieces. Bring water to a simmer in a sauce pan, and set a bowl in the top of the pan making sure it does not touch the water. Add chopped pieces of chocolate to the bowl and stir continuously until melted, then set aside to cool. Pour heavy whipping cream into a chilled bowl. With a hand mixer or stand mixer, whisk the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Put the mixer on a low speed and begin slowly adding the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate. Pour the mixture into a USA Pan 1 ½ Loaf Pan and place into the freezer for at least 8 hours.
