Springtime Strawberry Bruschetta

This fruity, light and refreshing strawberry basil bruschetta will be a hit for any summer get together. Smooth greek yogurt on a baguette with sweet strawberries and tangy balsamic vinegar drizzle is easy to esemble and delicious to eat!

1 large French Baguette
1 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
2 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup chopped basil
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)

Recipe Instructions

Pour vinegar into your USA Pan 7 Inch Sauce Pan and bring to boil over medium heat. Once vinegar is brought to a boil reduce heat to low tempature. Occassionally stirring for 11 minutes or until vinegar thickens. Let sit for a couple minutes to cool. Slice french baguette into 2 inch slices. and toast on your USA Pan half sheet pan until lightly brown. Spread greek yogurt on each slice and place sliced strawberries on top. After, sprinkle shopped basil and drizzle balsamic vinegar over each piece. Sprinkle pepper and almonds (optional) on top and serve on your USA Pan Half Sheet Pan. Enjoy!!
