Spinach Artichoke Dip

Our 9" round cake pans are great for cakes, but also for appetizers! We've made yummy, cheesy spinach artichoke dip in this one! Perfect for any party!

1 stick of unsalted butter (divided)
1/4 cup minced garlic
1- 10 ounces bag fresh baby spinach
2- 14 ounces cans artichoke hearts- rinsed, drained and quartered
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1- 8 oz package softened cream cheese
3/4 cup pepper jack cheese (grated)
1/2 cup gruyere/swiss (grated)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Melt 3 tablespoons butter in large skillet over medium and cook garlic for a few minutes. Add spinach and cook until it wilts. Remove spinach to a strainer with bowl underneath to catch drippings and set aside. Add 2 tablespoons butter to skillet and add artichokes. Cook for a few minutes to lightly brown artichokes. Remove artichokes from skillet and add to spinach. Melt 3 tablespoons butter in same skillet and whisk in flour. cook for a few minutes and then pour milk in. Stir and cook until milk thickens slightly. Add in the cheese and cook until melted. Chop artichokes and spinach and add to cheese sauce. Pour mixture into 9 inch round USA Pan. Top with additional pepper jack and parmesan cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes. Can also put under broiler for a few minutes for a browned top.
