Pumpkin Fluted Tube Cake
Wow! This cake could not be easier to make, and you won't believe how delicious it is! Filled with pumpkin and pumpkin spice, this is a must have dessert to make for fall! Be sure to wait until it is cool to dust with confectioner's sugar!

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups granulated suger1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs
3 cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
Confectioner's sugar for topping
Recipe Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, or the bowl of your stand mixer, mix the sugar and oil until mixed. Add in the eggs, mixing well. Combine the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Add this to the egg/sugar mixture until just combined. Next, Mix in the pumpkin until everything is well mixed. Pour batter into your USA Pan Fluted Tube Pan. Bake for approximately 1 hour, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove cake from oven to cooling rack. Allow cake to cool for at least 15 minutes prior to inverting onto a cooling rack to cool completely. Once cool, dust with confectioner's sugar.
