Pumpkin Bread

This classic pumpkin bread has all you need for your pumpkin cravings. You will want more than one slice of this moist and flavoful fall snack.

Ingredients

1 cup vegetable oil
2 2/3 cups granulated sugar
4 large eggs
2 cups pumpkin
2/3 cup water
3 1/3 all-purpose flour
1/2 TSP baking powder
2 TSP baking soda
1 1/2 TSP salt
1 TSP nutmeg
1 TSP vanilla extract

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, Beat together oil., sugar, eggs, pumpkin, and water. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. Pour batter into your two USA Pan small (1 pound) Loaf Pans. Bake bread 60-80 minutes. Insert a toothpick in the center of the loaves to check batter. Once they have been fully baked, remove bread and let cool. ENJOY!!
