Springtime Chocolate Peanut Butter S'More Dip
This s'more dip is perfect for celebrating springtime, as we've used brightly colored marshmallow peeps for the marshmallow layer. Also, no campfire needed for these! All the ingredients get layered in our 9" round pan and then thrown under the broiler for a few minutes, and then you're ready to dip into the chocolate, marshmallow peanut butter ooey gooeyness! Of course, you could use regular large marshmallows to enjoy these any time of year!
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Serving Size: 10-12 servings
3 cups chocolate chips (we've used 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate and 1 1/2 cups dark chocolate)
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 packages of marshmallow PEEPS (more or less, depending on how many colors you want)
Graham crackers for dipping (also delicious- fruit, pretzels, vanilla wafers)
Preheat your broiler to low. You could also bake this at 350 degrees, if preferred. Pour chocolate chips in the bottom of your USA Pan 9" round pan. Dollop the peanut butter on top, and spread slightly. Top with the marshmallow peeps, or regular marshmallows. Place pan under broiler (on low) for about 4-5 minutes, until the marshmallows are at desired browness. You want to keep a close eye on this to avoid burning! If you're chocolate isn't melting (we didn't have a problem), you can place it in a 350 degree oven until everything is melted. Serve immediately with graham crackers for dipping!
