Peach Loaf Cake
This peach loaf cake is a great summer treat! Moist cake studded with fresh peaches. Top yours with whipped cream or ice cream for a decadent dessert! Or, enjoy plain with a cup of coffee for breakfast!

Ingredients1/2 stick (1/2 cup) softened butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh peaches, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks + 3 tablespoons flour
Preheat oven to 325 degrees Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, mixing well. Then, add vanilla. Sift together the 1 1/4 c flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the butter/sugar mixture until just combined. Toss the peaches with the 3 T of flour and stir into the batter. Spread batter into your USA Pan loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 min until cake is cooked through. Remove to cooling rack and allow to cool.
