Recipe Instructions

In a large skillet, heat olive oil on medium and sauté onion. Add beef and cook until browned. Drain fat. Add in all seasonings and stir. Add in water and can of beans. Let this summer and reduce. Place a layer of chips on your USA Pan half sheet pan. We left a space in the middle to use for our toppings. Add the beef mixture on top of the chips, followed by a layer of cheese. Keep layering the chips, beef, and cheese until you have your desired amount. Leftover beef can be used another day or for tacos! Place pan under broiler to melt cheese. Place toppings in middle of pan and scatter with cilantro or other additional toppings.
