1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
Zest from 1 or 2 oranges
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup orange marmalade
1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. With an electric mixer, beat together the eggs and sugar until thick. Gradually beat in the oil. Stir in the flour, baking powder and salt, and then the orange juice. Beat until smooth, and add the orange zest and vanilla, and mix well. Pour mix in to your USA Pan Fluted Tube Cake Pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. When ready to take out of the overn let cool, slice and serve! Enjoy!
