Fresh cherry quick bread makes a great afternoon snack! As always, our pans do not disappoint with their fantastic release and even baking!
Bake Time: 45-55 minutes

Ingredients1 stick softened butter (1/2 cup) 3/4 cup sugar 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 3/4 cups flour 1/2 tablespoon ground coriander 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 cup (1/2 pound) fresh cherries, pitted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add in eggs and vanilla. Soft the dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture until just combined. Stir in cherries. Batter will be thick. Spread into 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 USA Pan loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 min until done. Cool for 10 min then remove bread to rack to cool completely.
