USA Pan offers free standard shipping on orders over $25. Shipping costs will be paid by the customer for expedited or express shipping orders.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At this time, USA Pan only ships to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or P.O boxes. This policy may be subject to change.
I Just Placed My Order Online. When will it ship?
Standard Shipping Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET will ship the same business day. Orders placed at, or after 12:00 p.m. ET will ship within 24 hours on business days. Orders are only shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays in the United States. Express or Expedited Shipping must be placed before 11:00am ET to ship the same business day. Expedited or Express Orders placed at, or after 11:00am ET will ship within 24 hours on business days.
