Frosted Chocolate Brownies
Who doesn’t love mac and cheese?? By using our USA Pan muffin pan to make individual portion sizes, we’ve taken this favorite up a notch! These bites feature a buttery, cracker crust, filled with creamy mac and cheese, and are topped with even more cheese to make these cheesy and delicious. This one is a must try for an easy weekday meal.

1 1/2 cup crushed crackers
2 cup grated cheddar cheese (divided)
1/2 stick unsalted butter melted
2 tbsp unsalted butter cut into small cubes
4 cup cooked macaroni noodles
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine crushed crackers, 1 cup of the cheese and the melted butter. Divide among 8 cups of the muffin pan and press on the bottom and up the sides. Mix the macaroni and 1/2 cup of the cheese into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, sour cream, cold butter and salt. Stir this into the noodle mixture. Spoon mixture on top of the cracker base in the muffin pan. Top with the remaining cheese. Bake until the cheese is browned crispy looking. This will take about 25 min. Cool in a cooling rack.
