Easy Double Chocolate Cake in Fluted Tube Pan

This cake is so easy to prepare, borrowing a little help from a boxed cake mix! So moist and chocolately! Best served with a large glass of cold milk!

Ingredients

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 box (3.9 ounces) instant chocolate pudding
3 Tablespoons cocoa powder
1 3/4 cup milk
2 eggs
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Dusting of confectioner's sugar

Recipe Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the cake mix, cocoa, and instant pudding in a large bowl and whisk together. Mix in the eggs followed by the milk. Make sure everything is combined. Pour batter into your USA Pan fluted tube pan and bake for 55-60 min. Remove to wire rack to cool and then invert cake onto serving plate. Once cool completely, dust top with confectioner's sugar.
