Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 6 donuts
1 cup all purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/3 cup + 1 1/2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Vanilla Glaze Topping
1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 Tablespoon light corn syrup
1 Tablespoon melted butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
CHOCOLATE GLAZE TOPPING:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Tablespoon + 1 teaspoon light corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, butter, and vanilla extract. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Spoon or pipe (you can use a ziplock back with the end snipped off for easy filling of the donut pan) the batter evenly into your USA Pan donut pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven and cool in pan. Once cool, remove from donut pan. You can use the vanilla or chocolate glaze to top these, or shake them in cinnamon/sugar. ENJOY!!

Mix together glaze ingredients in a bowl and add extra liquid/sugar to adjust consistency as needed. Tint with food coloring, if desired.
